As a chimney anticorrosion engineering technician, it is very important to define the corrosion level of chimney structure. According to the GB50068 - 2001 unified standard for reliability design of architectural structures, the structural design should be carried out according to the reliable engineering experience or the necessary experimental research when the statistical data is lacking.
When the corrosion environment of the wet chimney is uncertain, for example, some physical phenomena with inherent randomness or under the condition of insufficient or imperfect data, the definition of the corrosive grade of the wet chimney is bound to be related to the reliable engineering experience or the necessary experimental research. From this point of view, reliable engineering experience or necessary experimental research is carried out in the criteria for defining the corrosiveness of wet chimneys.
Reliable engineering experience is preceded by standards, and civil engineering and wet chimney corrosiveness are defined. Two similar problems are encountered in the development process.
1, some objective situations are too complex to carry out laboratory experiments or field tests and theoretical analysis.
2, only by carrying out new engineering practice can we reveal new problems and develop new theories and standards in this regard.
The necessary experimental research is one of the important contents for the understanding of the corrosive medium of the wet chimney of the thermal power plant. The test is the test of the practical use of the corrosive medium, and the test work of obtaining the performance index and defining the standard index of the corrosion.
Corrosive medium is the product of flue gas emission, its formation process, material composition and corrosion characteristics are very complex, and its corrosion is more complex with different conditions such as temperature, time and pressure. So, before establishing the standard for the definition of the corrosive grade of the wet chimney, we must make a test of the medium in which the wet chimney is located, so as to fully understand and master the various properties of the medium, and provide the necessary scientific basis for the correct evaluation of the standard for the definition of the corrosive grade of the wet chimney.
